Description
The City and County of Denver, through its Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency, is seeking qualified professional consultants to assume the existing Energize Denver compliance assistance services for equity priority buildings of 25,000 square feet and larger and develop a targeted electrification assistance program for equity priority buildings of 5,000–24,999 square feet. The City will identify and recruit potential participants, approve applications, and refer approved buildings to the consultant for services. Multiple contracts may be awarded, with a total project budget of up to $6,000,000. The solicitation includes an 18% Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise participation requirement, which must be met with certified firms or through a sufficient good-faith effort. Required insurance coverages include workers’ compensation and employer’s liability, commercial general liability, and business automobile liability; required limits are specified in paragraph 9 of the sample agreement. The stated contract term is five years from contract execution.
