Description
The City of Norwich, Connecticut is soliciting bids for the fabrication and delivery of transmission tubular steel structures for the L-617 project. The procurement is managed by Burns & McDonnell on behalf of Norwich Public Utilities. Interested bidders must first request and execute a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) to access the RFP package. The solicitation is a Notice of Intent (NOI) and is open for bidding until September 17, 2026.
