Description
Denver Public Schools is seeking a centralized, automated workforce management system to streamline employee planning, assignment, and schedule management across approximately 250 buildings and concurrent events. The solution must support reusable shift templates, multi-event scheduling, conflict detection, calendar integration, qualified employee pools, equitable shift-allocation algorithms, tiered notifications, standby and backup management, participation history, coverage dashboards, equity auditing, labor utilization reporting, overtime-risk analysis, and event-specific staffing-cost reporting. The selected supplier will provide discovery and configuration, employee and qualification data integration, testing and training, launch support during the first 30 days of concurrent events, and ongoing technical support. The system must meet applicable district software, accessibility, cybersecurity, and student-data protection requirements, including WCAG Levels A and AA. Proposals must include the required supplier forms, management summary, pricing, implementation plan, supplier profile, references, applicable licenses, value-added information, and a separate redacted response.
