The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase of one new, fully functional 60kW, three-phase stationary standby diesel generator set with an outdoor weather-protective enclosure. The specified configuration includes 277/480V output, a 100A three-pole circuit breaker, an external aboveground diesel tank connection, a 120V jacket-water heater, a digital manual-start controller, a 10-amp NFPA 110-compliant battery charger, and a starting battery; Generac Industrial Power Model SD060 or an approved equivalent is specified. The contractor must furnish and deliver the generator FOB destination within 20 weeks of contract award, provide startup inspections, no-load and load testing, output calibration as needed, warranty registration, owner training, and a commissioning log. Manufacturer technical cut sheets or product literature must accompany the quote, and offerors must provide up to three recent and relevant references for similar generator equipment and startup services. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror with acceptable past performance; offerors without relevant past performance receive a neutral rating.
