Description
Clinton Community College is soliciting bids for three line items of hot-rolled steel flat bar for welding: 480 pieces of 1/8-inch by 1-1/2-inch by 20 feet, 480 pieces of 1/4-inch by 2 inches by 20 feet, and 480 pieces of 3/8-inch by 2 inches by 20 feet. Bidders must provide unit and extended prices for each item, bid on each requested item, and include prepaid transportation, delivery, shipping, and unloading costs. The bid must use the College's bid form and include the required college forms, including the Non-Collusion Bidding Certification, Information Sheet, Vendor Reference Sheet, Iranian Energy Sector Divestment certification, and Authority to Do Business in New York State documentation or applicable statement. Out-of-state bidders must provide the required New York authority documentation or statement. Certified New York State Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to apply, with a stated 30% WBE goal. No contractor may assign or subcontract the contract without prior written consent.
