Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price quotation for a Leica GS18 GNSS GPS Smart Antenna and related equipment. The requested items include GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou tracking options; UHF antennas and a 35-watt radio; lithium-ion batteries, chargers, cables, adapters, a telescopic carbon-fiber pole, mounting hardware, containers, and one-year GNSS software and controller licenses. The quotation must address all mandatory requirements and be submitted on official business letterhead. Award will use a lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation, with technical acceptability and past performance evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The solicitation requires a completed FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications form with the quotation.
