Description
The City of Englewood is soliciting proposals from an established software company to provide a comprehensive Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the Utilities Department at the Allen Water Treatment Plant. The scope includes software licensing, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, operational workflows, audit trails, real-time validation, and secure multi-user functionality. The contractor must also provide ongoing subscription, maintenance, support, upgrades, and annual renewal pricing. The response must address functional requirements using the buyer-provided evaluation spreadsheet, provide implementation costs and supplemental software costs, and include a redlined professional services agreement.
