Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is soliciting bids for analytical laboratory services supporting its Office of Spill Prevention and Response Laboratory Program. The contractor will provide contingency capacity for analyses not available in-house and during catastrophic instrument failures, using samples collected and shipped by CDFW. Services may include testing of aqueous and solid samples for metals, nutrients, conventional water-quality parameters, volatile and semivolatile organics, PAHs, pesticides, PCBs, petroleum hydrocarbons, PFAS, dioxins, asbestos, and other pollutants. The contractor must provide applicable California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program certification for required wastewater and hazardous-waste methods, perform analyses within specified turnaround times, provide Level II reports in PDF format and Level IV reports when requested, maintain required quality-control documentation, and handle sample disposal and any approved subcontracting. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with a maximum contract amount of $31,000.00.
