Description
Hillsborough County Public Schools is soliciting a certified testing laboratory for comprehensive water and wastewater laboratory services. The scope includes potable-water, groundwater-monitoring, wastewater-residuals, bacteriological, chemical, radiological, organic-contaminant, PFAS, asbestos, and related analyses, along with sample processing, courier pickup and delivery, and reporting. The price sheet identifies numerous recurring tests and allows pricing for additional tests approved by the district. The vendor must maintain a physical office in Hillsborough County, provide courier service, process specified groundwater samples, meet time-sensitive testing requirements, and return normal results within five business days of test completion. Noncompliant results must be reported immediately by email and in writing within three business days. The initial contract term runs through the first anniversary month and may renew for up to four additional one-year periods. Bidders must provide qualifications, proof of at least five years of relevant experience, licenses and permits, insurance documentation, staffing and equipment information, three customer references from the previous three years, a statement of work or service quote, and the completed pricing spreadsheet and required affidavits/forms.
