The Centre de services scolaire de la Pointe-de-l'Ile is soliciting qualified laboratory professionals to provide quality-control laboratory services, testing, and inspections for the partial replacement and expansion of Jean-Nicolet Annex II school. The construction scope includes demolition and reconstruction of the first construction phase and renovation of the second phase to accommodate 10 classrooms and related educational and administrative spaces. The classroom configuration and final construction program will be confirmed with the school service centre and Quebec's Ministry of Education. The estimated value of the construction work across all disciplines is CAD 7,345,000, including taxes and professional fees. Only professionals listed on the Centre de services scolaire de la Pointe-de-l'Ile's 2025–2030 qualified-provider list as of the publication date are eligible to submit. The estimated contract period is 38 months.
