Description
The City of Boynton Beach is seeking qualification packages from an experienced consultant to develop a Safe Streets for All Safety Action Plan. The work will address crash and injury reduction, speed-management standards and procedures, traffic-calming improvements, traffic-ordinance updates, and traffic congestion reduction. The study will assess underserved communities within the city limits and identify ways to improve access to major corridors and provide safer paths for multiple transportation modes. The solicitation is conducted under Florida's Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act, with partial funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration's Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program. The selected consultant will act as an independent consultant to the City.
