Description
The City of Perry is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Community Development Planner to join their growing team. This position plays a key role in guiding the City's growth and development through land use planning, zoning administration, development review, and implementation of the City's Comprehensive Plan. The planner will work with developers, property owners, elected officials, and community stakeholders to support quality development that aligns with Perry's vision for the future. The ideal candidate is passionate about community planning, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and experience with zoning, land use planning, development review, or GIS preferred.
