Description
The Cuyahoga County Planning Commission is soliciting proposals to develop the Cuyahoga County Unified Zoning Code, a comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional zoning ordinance and map. The code is intended to modernize outdated zoning regulations and maps, address fragmented regulatory requirements, and create a shared platform maintained by County Planning. The resulting approach will be opt-in and adopted and administered by individual communities, preserving local authority over enforcement, approvals, and community-specific zoning elements. Updates made by County Planning would apply automatically to participating communities that adopt the code.
