Description
The Borough of Seaside Park is soliciting proposals for a professional planner to serve for a one-year term ending December 31, 2027. Responsibilities may include preparing research studies and reports, preparing the Borough's Master Plan under New Jersey's Municipal Land Use Law, assisting with zoning ordinance amendments, and attending meetings when requested by the Planning Board Chairman. The planner must have at least 10 years of experience in all aspects of municipal planning in New Jersey, including Master Plans, redevelopment reports, and affordable housing; must be duly licensed in New Jersey; and must be in good standing. Proposals must include an executive summary, staffing plan and resumes, relevant experience, New Jersey presence, conflicts disclosures, qualification documentation, and the required certifications and forms. Evaluation considers technical, management, and cost criteria.
