Description
Stafford Township is soliciting proposals for professional Planning Board services for calendar year 2027, from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The Township may award by item or category and may make multiple awards. Proposals must identify the positions and individuals proposed, professional experience, licenses, educational background, support staff, references, hourly rates for all potentially assigned staff, additional-service charges, comparable municipal rates, potential conflicts of interest, affirmative-action information, and the firm's ability to perform timely work. The electronic submission requires completion of the online bid table and submission of the designated proposal forms and supporting materials, including the declaration signature page, exceptions statement, consent to extension, stockholder disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, addenda acknowledgment, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, references, equal-employment-opportunity documentation, insurance documentation, Iran and Russia/Belarus certifications, and Form W-9. The solicitation states that proposals must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire e-procurement platform by the stated deadline.
