Description
The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, institutes, firms, or organizations to support strategies for affordable and attainable housing, particularly in areas served by current or planned public transportation. The project includes extensive public and partner engagement; development of policies, programs, and land use regulations aligned with the Steamboat Springs Community Plan; and alignment of underlying land use codes with the community’s future vision. The selected consultant will also design and launch two programs: incentives and resources to support accessory dwelling unit development, and a Regional Housing Partnership land assessment and development pipeline. Proposals must include a Cover Sheet and a Cost Proposal signed by an authorized agent, along with other detailed information required by the solicitation.
