Description
The City of Palm Desert, together with the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Palm Desert, is seeking qualified residential developers, builders, and development teams to propose concepts for the disposition and development of six vacant parcels totaling approximately 75,357 square feet, or 1.73 acres. The parcels are located along San Antonio Circle, San Clemente Circle, and Alessandro Drive and may be proposed as a combined assemblage, an identified parcel group, or individual parcels. Initial proposals must provide respondent and development-team qualifications, relevant residential development experience and references, a residential development concept, parcel configuration, estimated unit count, tenure and housing format, neighborhood compatibility and design approach, zoning and environmental analysis, access and infrastructure plans, implementation strategy, schedule, risks, community engagement approach, and any exceptions to the RFP. The City is not requesting purchase prices, financing evidence, proof of funds, deposits, or other financial offer terms at the initial stage. Proposals must be submitted as a PDF through the City's procurement portal, along with required response fields for conflict-of-interest and non-collusion disclosures.
