Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price requirements contract for customized Culinary Specialist uniforms and related apparel. The required items include short- and long-sleeve chef coats, chef pants, embroidered skull caps, black bib aprons, and embroidered classic or soft-shell jackets. Items must meet specified fabric, construction, sizing, color, embroidery, logo-placement, and customization requirements, and must be new, unused, original manufacturer items covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty. The base period requires stated quantities totaling 1,880 items, with the same annual item categories and quantities identified for four one-year option periods. Deliveries are due within 60 calendar days after receipt of each order and must be made to designated food-service locations at five Southern California naval installations. Quotes must provide firm-fixed unit pricing, include delivery, shipping, and applicable taxes, and include vendor information, active registration confirmation, and required representations and certifications where applicable. The government intends to make a single lowest-priced, technically acceptable award.
