Description
Jurupa Area Recreation & Park District is soliciting bids for part-time staff uniforms, including polo shirts, T-shirts, jackets, and hats. The contractor must provide samples and catalog options, a full range of adult sizes, District-approved logos, embroidery and/or screen printing, consistent colors and quality, sizing and ordering coordination, and delivery to the District office. Pricing must include apparel, customization, shipping, and delivery, and defective items must be replaced at no additional cost. No offshore products will be accepted. The contract is for one year, with the opportunity to extend for up to three additional years. Uniforms must be available for reordering throughout the contract term. The response requires electronic submission and includes buyer-provided forms, including a bid cover page, non-collusion and non-discrimination affidavit, certification of insurability, bidder disclosure statements, subcontractor designation statement, client references, and contractor licensing certification.
