The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is soliciting a sponsorship arrangement for athletic apparel and uniforms. The requested offering includes stock apparel, practice gear, footwear, custom items, modified custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, freight, and account management. Respondents must submit a technical response addressing experience, capabilities, solution or approach, and anticipated risks and mitigation. The technical response packet includes a two-page limit for the experience, solution, and risk subsections, respectively. A separate financial proposal packet requires discount schedules, applicable catalog pricing, service rates, freight conditions, order details, annual spend information, and other relevant cost information. Published list prices and additional pricing variables, such as embroidery size, garment location, and bulk-order discounts, must accompany the financial proposal.
