The Canadian Department of National Defence is seeking uniform tailoring services for 40 complete concert uniform ensembles for the Royal 22nd Regiment Band: 23 men's jackets, 17 women's jackets, and 40 unisex trousers. The contractor must manufacture the uniforms to Canadian Armed Forces-approved patterns, using government-supplied fabrics, buttons, rank insignia, and patterns where specified, while supplying lining fabric, thread, trouser zippers, and trouser buttons. The uniforms must be new, durable, visually uniform, tailored for musical performance, individually identified, pressed, and ready to wear. The scope includes a first-article sample consisting of one men's jacket and one pair of trousers, three measurement and fitting sessions, final adjustments, monthly or requested progress reports, and delivery of all completed uniforms by February 26, 2027. Two client references with detailed sewing-work descriptions and photographs are required for the rated technical evaluation. The contract has a maximum total liability of CAD 45,000, and the initial contract period runs from contract award through February 26, 2027.
