Description
The State of Alaska is soliciting bids from a qualified manufacturer to produce an initial order of approximately 440 Made in Alaska merchandise items, including 120 T-shirts, 120 zip jackets, 120 hoodies, 60 infant/toddler onesies, and 20 hats. T-shirts, zip jackets, and hoodies must be available in unisex sizes XS–XXL; onesies must be available in 3–6 month, 6–12 month, and 12–24 month sizes; and hats must be standard size. All apparel must contain the Made in Alaska logo and use material consisting of at least 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery. The initial order must be received by November 13, 2026, with subsequent restocking orders fulfilled within three weeks. The contract is firm fixed price, with an estimated annual budget of $10,000–$15,000; bids exceeding $15,000 will be considered nonresponsive. Bidders must hold a Made in Alaska permit to qualify, and the selected contractor must execute a logo licensing agreement and obtain approval for additional designs and online marketing. Subcontractors are permitted, but joint ventures are not allowed.
