Description
Ocean County seeks contractors to furnish and deliver uniforms, work clothing, footwear, accessories, tactical gear, safety and specialty clothing, and penal and institutional clothing for various County departments on an as-needed basis. The scope includes standard and dress uniforms, work apparel, tactical uniforms and equipment, duty and work boots, protective gear, inmate clothing, and related accessories. The contractor must also provide graphics, embroidery, screen printing, heat-transfer graphics, patches, insignia application, tailoring, alterations, fittings, repairs, and modifications. Local fitting facilities in Monmouth or Ocean Counties or on-site service are required. Stock items must be delivered within seven days after receipt of order, and custom items within 30 days; exchanges must be accepted within 30 days at no cost. Awarded vendors will respond to department-specific written quote requests, generally within two working days, using current pricing less the awarded percentage discount.
