NOTICE TO BIDDERS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) for 2027 Uniforms As Needed Bid forms, contracts, drawings and specifications can be obtained from at the CRDA website at www.njcrda.com also at https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. (you will need to create a free Bonfire account in order to download the documentation). Sealed bids must be online through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com. Sealed bids shall be submitted in the manner prescribed in the bid specifications. Bids will be received October 13, 2026 10:30 a.m. eastern prevailing time through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com, opened and read aloud in a Zoom meeting open to the public on October 13, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. eastern prevailing time. The public proposal openings will be completed online through Zoom. Meeting ID will be posted on www.njcrda.com and https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et.seq.), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), and N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 (Law Against Discrimination). Description
The New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is soliciting bids from one or more vendors to provide uniforms as needed for use by its Special Improvement District Division during 2027. The contract is intended to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the specifications, although the authority may separately procure individual requirements and may reject any or all bids. A public bid opening will be conducted through a Zoom webinar. The solicitation states that there is no bid bond requirement. Detailed bid documents are hosted on an external electronic bidding service and require registration to access.
