Description
The New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is soliciting bids from one or more vendors to provide uniforms and workwear on an as-needed basis for its Special Improvement District Division. The bid table includes customized shirts, polos, pants, jackets, sweatshirts, rain suits, boots, caps, and related apparel in specified colors, sizes, visibility classes, fabrics, and styles. Many items require custom CRDA logos, lettering, name strips, titles, reflective tape, embroidery, heat pressing, or screen printing; specified or preferred products include Propper, 5.11, Carhartt, Forester, Port Authority, Devon & Jones, and other named styles, with approved equals permitted where applicable. Products must be new, defect-free, and delivered within five business days after receipt of an order, FOB destination with inside delivery, to the CRDA Warehouse. Quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed, and the product list may be amended or augmented in writing by up to 10% of the contract total. The solicitation contemplates a one-year contract from January 1 through December 31, 2027, with award to the lowest responsible bidder. Pricing must be submitted using the CRDA-provided bid table, together with the required solicitation forms and compliance materials.
