The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for approximately 34,500 new food service uniform items: 26,000 T-shirts, 6,500 chef coats, and 2,000 cargo or khaki pants. Items must meet specified size, color, fabric, sleeve-length, construction, workmanship, and food-service suitability requirements, and must be packaged and delivered with shipment documentation. The requirement includes extensive customization, including ship insignia, Culinary Specialist and Food Service Attendant logos, MDMAA badges, chief crests, embroidery, and printed text in specified colors, sizes, and locations. Quotations must include administrative information, a technical compliance matrix, customization and quality-assurance approaches, delivery approach, up to three recent and relevant references from the past three years, and pricing for all 100 CLINs. Award will use a best-value tradeoff based on technical capability, past performance, and price; the Government may award without discussions.
