Description
The U.S. Army National Guard requires Yellow Ribbon event services for approximately 800 service members, guests, and family members on November 21, 2026. The contractor must provide meeting space that can be divided into three breakout areas, a childcare room, registration areas, space for approximately 30–50 vendor tables, and supporting furniture and equipment. The scope also includes buffet-style lunch for approximately 800 attendees, snacks, continuous water, coffee, and tea, dietary substitutions, allergen labeling, and child- and adult-appropriate food choices. Audiovisual support must include screens, projectors, a podium, wired and wireless microphones, speakers, and HDMI connectivity for the breakout rooms. The contractor must submit a sample lunch menu with its quote and provide the final menu to the Contracting Officer Representative 14 days before the event. Evaluation will consider price, technical approach and capability, and past performance; the award is expected to be a firm-fixed-price contract to one small business.
