Description
LEAD Public Schools is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive managed print and copy solution serving its campuses and administrative offices. The scope includes printing, copying, finishing, binding, specialty printing, equipment provision, maintenance, parts and labor, toner and consumable management, remote monitoring, print-management software, secure print capabilities, reporting, delivery, user training, and responsive service support. Vendors may propose new or manufacturer-certified refurbished equipment and may offer lease, ownership, or both models. The selected provider must support multiple locations, conduct an initial fleet assessment, provide implementation and transition services, maintain at least 98% monthly equipment uptime, meet specified service-response standards, provide loaner or replacement equipment when necessary, and deliver monthly performance reporting. The anticipated contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewal options. Proposals are evaluated on technical solution, security and technology, service and support, experience and references, implementation approach, and total cost of ownership.
