Bulk Fuel Delivery and Card Lock Services

Parkland County is seeking one or more suppliers to provide card lock fueling and bulk delivery of regular unleaded gasoline, clear diesel, and colored diesel for County fleet vehicles and equipment. Card lock services must support approximately 120 fuel cards, accommodate vehicles up to tractor-trailer size, permit simultaneous fueling, operate continuously, and provide transaction records including unit number, quantity, unit price, and total price. Card lock stations should be near the County Services Building in Stony Plain and the Acheson Fire Station. Bulk fuel deliveries will be made to County facilities and remote tanks throughout Parkland County. Respondents may bid on card lock services, bulk fuel delivery, or both. The solicitation requires completion of the Appendix C Submission Form, Appendix D Contractor Questionnaire, and Schedule I Rate Bid Form, along with the specified WCB and pricing documentation. The contract term is three years, with up to three additional one-year terms at the County's option.
