Description
The City of Westland is soliciting proposals for professional services to replace the HVAC system at the Senior Resource Center, also known as the Friendship Center. The scope includes installation work, with personnel costs subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing-wage requirements and Community Development Block Grant requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, capacity, methodology or work plan, comparable completed projects, cost, past performance, references, and scheduling. The solicitation requires three references and permits the City to interview shortlisted proposers. The selected contractor must comply with applicable federal, state, and City requirements, maintain specified insurance coverage, and provide certificates of insurance before beginning work.
