Description
The U.S. Embassy Seoul requires firm-fixed-price trash and garbage collection, container provision and servicing, transportation, recycling, and disposal at multiple embassy and government premises. Services include scheduled collection of household, food, construction, industrial, bulk, recyclable, cooking-oil, tire, plastic, and approved computer-component waste; container cleaning and replacement; spill cleanup; and disposal at approved off-compound facilities in compliance with Republic of Korea requirements. Hazardous, contaminated, medical, radiological, explosive, incendiary, and other regulated wastes are excluded. The contractor must provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, containers, supplies, supervision, permits, licenses, and disposal receipts necessary for performance. The solicitation requires a project manager with specified English and Korean proficiency, a quality-control plan, route and collection schedules, security and access documentation, and compliance with stated insurance and safety requirements. The contract includes a 12-month base period, four 12-month options, and a potential six-month extension under the applicable option clause.
