Description
South Lyon Community Schools is soliciting sealed proposals for roof replacement work at Dolsen Elementary, Kent Lake Elementary, and Millennium Middle School, as described in the Project Manual. A non-mandatory, strongly recommended in-person pre-bid conference will visit all three schools. Bids exceeding the stated thresholds require bid security of at least 5% of the base bid, and bids over $50,000 require 100% payment and performance bonds. Each proposal must include sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Linked Business Affidavit forms. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Roof Consultant by the stated deadline.
