Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is accepting proposals for RFP 2023-102-07 for Miscellaneous Services, Repairs, Maintenance, and Installation-District Wide. This is a rolling/recurring proposal, with awards made throughout the term. The district seeks qualified suppliers to provide a wide range of services and products to support its campuses and support departments, including but not limited to AC/heating, automotive/vehicle, alcohol and drug testing, chemical laboratory, document shredding, equipment maintenance/repair, laundry and dry-cleaning, maintenance repair operating (building/grounds), plumbing supplies/parts, retail tools/supplies/services, roofing/sheet metal, steel/products, and miscellaneous/other service categories. Services may include construction, electrical, carpentry, air conditioning and heating, plumbing, roofing, mechanical, vehicle/auto parts, and facilities. Vendors may offer a discount off standard retail, catalog, online, or list pricing. The contract will be effective from the date of award through July 1, 2027, with the last date to respond for consideration being March 8, 2027. Awards will be made to one or multiple vendors based on best value criteria. Vendors must submit their response through the district's online bidding system (Ion Wave) by the deadline. Required attachments include a completed Form 1295, W-9 (2024), Asbestos Short Term Worker Notification, and optionally a pricing list/catalog. References are required from three to five school district or higher education customers.
