Description

Mercy High School is soliciting proposals to modernize its internal network across four intermediate distribution frames and an existing main distribution frame. The scope includes edge switching capacity of at least 480 active access ports, PoE+ capability, 10 Gbps fiber uplinks, replacement or expansion of wireless access points, wireless controllers or centralized management, related software and licenses, cabling, antennas, connectors, and associated components. HPE Aruba equipment is preferred, but equivalent enterprise-grade alternatives may be proposed. The awarded vendor must provide end-to-end implementation, including predictive and passive RF surveys, high-density wireless design for a 1,300-seat auditorium supporting 650 concurrent devices, configuration migration and integration with existing authentication and management systems, equipment staging and installation, rack and cable management, cutover, removal and environmentally compliant disposal of legacy equipment, as-built documentation, training, warranty terms, and optional ongoing support. Bidders must submit pricing for outright purchase and a 60-month lease option, complete the provided Excel pricing attachment, and include a current Universal Service Fund Service Provider Identification Number. The solicitation also requests company qualifications, audited financial statements for the two most recent fiscal periods, and current and past client references for similar work.
