Description
The Raleigh Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive compensation and benefits study. The study will evaluate the authority’s current compensation structure and assess whether pay and benefit practices are internally equitable and competitive with comparable public- and private-sector practices. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format by email, in person, or by mail. The solicitation identifies a deadline of September 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and a question deadline of August 31, 2026.
