Description
Queen's University is soliciting proposals from a qualified human resources consultant to conduct a total compensation review and support the modernization of the institution's compensation infrastructure. The work is intended to address evolving workforce expectations, competition for talent, transparency, and equity. The selected consultant will advise on, design, and help implement modernized compensation programs and talent processes.
