Description
The City of Newport News is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide human resources services on an on-call, as-needed basis. The scope includes strategic planning and research analysis supporting recruitment, workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and related administrative needs. Offerors may propose for one service category, multiple categories, or all categories; they are not required to cover the entire scope. Responses must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal identified in the solicitation materials.
