Description
Los Angeles World Airports is seeking qualifications from firms for an on-call Airport Bench Contract pool providing professional management services. The scope includes talent acquisition and executive search; employer brand, talent, and human resources marketing; leadership and organizational development, workforce effectiveness, organizational strategy, and performance management; employee health, wellness, and transition support; and employee relocation program management. Respondents may qualify for one or more service categories, and no minimum work is guaranteed. The solicitation package includes category-specific SOQs, administrative and vendor identification forms, and vendor backup materials. The updated schedule sets the qualifications deadline for December 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST, and reopens the question period through November 4, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. PST. Respondents must submit an Intent to Bid by the qualifications deadline; the intent submission is marked mandatory.
