Description
Los Angeles World Airports is establishing an Airport Bench Contract pool of pre-qualified firms to provide on-call, as-needed professional management services through future task orders. Respondents may propose for one or more categories: talent acquisition and executive search; employer brand, talent, and human resources marketing; leadership and organizational development, workforce effectiveness, organizational strategy, and performance management; employee health, wellness, and transition support; and employee relocation program management. Work may include executive recruitment, organizational assessments, strategic planning, leadership coaching, management training, wellness program design, recruitment marketing, and relocation support. The qualification submission must demonstrate relevant public-sector or airport experience, at least three comparable engagements within the past five years, qualified key personnel, client references, technical approach and methodology, organizational capacity, project management, and an inclusivity and workforce development plan. The contract is expected to run for three years with two one-year renewal options, for up to five years total. The combined value of all task orders under the bench is not to exceed $10,000,000, and prequalification does not guarantee any task order awards. Submissions must be made electronically through the designated procurement portal and must include the required administrative forms, business-enterprise participation materials, experience materials, and category-specific technical SOQs.
