NOTICE is hereby given that sealed Request For Proposals (RFPs) will be received by the Monmouth Ocean Educational Services Commission (MOESC) for: Project Description: 27-31 Virtual School Management & Instructional Services RFP '26-'28 Project Locations: MOESC locations, Public schools and NonPublic schools throughout New Jersey. RFPs Received: RFP Response packages must be delivered to: MOESC, Business Office - Door D10, 100 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712. RFPs Due: September 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM. RFPs Opened: September 15, 2026 at 10:01 AM at MOESC, Business Office - Door D10, 100 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712. The RFP Results will be promptly emailed to all participating Offerors. The Invitation to Propose, RFP Forms, Drawings (if any), Specifications and Contract (the "RFP Documents"), as approved by MOESC for the Project, may be obtained by prospective Offerors by emailing cmullins@moesc.org -and- avoehl@moesc.org. Evaluation of RFP Responses will be derived from complete and detailed answers and/or responses to the numbered requirements listed in the Specifications section, along with the RFP Prices submitted. RFPs shall be fully and completely made on the RFP Forms, as required by the RFP Documents. No RFPs shall be accepted after the date and time set forth above. MOESC reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A4(a), 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities. No RFP shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the RFP opening. Any RFP submitted shall be binding for sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of the RFP opening. Offerors are required to comply with all applicable laws including the requirements of Equal Employment Opportunity N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and Affirmative Action Against Discrimination N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., as well as any applicable Executive Orders. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq.
