Description
The South Jersey Transportation Authority is soliciting electronic bids for multiple contracts covering the purchase and delivery of OEM and non-OEM parts and accessories for light-duty vehicles rated at 14,999 GVWR or less and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment rated at 15,000 GVWR or more. Line items include dealer parts, non-OEM parts, engine/exhaust, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, lift gate, radiator/belt/hose, and bearing/seal/gasket parts. Parts must generally be new and in the manufacturer's original packaging; rebuilt or remanufactured parts are permitted where specified. Non-OEM parts must meet or exceed OEM quality and recommendations, and defective parts must be replaced at no additional cost. The contract will provide parts to multiple Authority locations, with delivery required within two working days after an order and the delivery site specified at ordering. Bidders must submit fixed percentage discounts from manufacturers' latest price lists. Awards may be made separately by line item, light- or heavy-duty category, and Atlantic or Camden County region, with primary and secondary awards possible. The contract term is five years, and quantities are estimates with no guaranteed minimum, average, or maximum orders.
