The New Jersey Department of Transportation is soliciting professional services for FEMA administration and channel design statewide for the 2026 Design M-9 Level A requirement under solicitation TP-855. The solicitation permits zero and negative unit prices and labor values. Responses must be submitted electronically through the designated bidding portal.
