The New Jersey Department of Children and Families, Division of Family and Community Partnerships, is establishing a Qualified Technical Assistance Provider pool for organizations experienced in supplemental workshop facilitation, training, coaching, implementation support, communication and participant engagement, and continuous quality improvement. Qualified providers may support DCF-contracted programs serving children, youth, parents and caregivers, families, schools, and communities. Services may include in-person, virtual, or blended workshops; coaching and consultation; practice sessions, role play, modeling, observation, and feedback; development of job aids, templates, facilitation guides, and other tools; and trauma-informed, culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive facilitation. Respondents must submit a signed statement of acceptance, a five-page narrative answering 19 questions, and supporting work samples, portfolio materials, conference or workshop experience, applicable corrective-action documentation or a non-applicability statement, required certifications and disclosures, SAM registration evidence, an organizational chart, trauma-informed-practice policies, and three letters of support. Inclusion in the qualified provider list does not itself create a contract or guarantee funding or assignments; the list is valid for three years.
