Description
The County of Fresno Department of Behavioral Health is soliciting proposals from one vendor to provide planning, design, purchase, delivery, installation, quality control, and warranty services for furniture, fixtures, and equipment at the Olive Avenue Campus. The scope covers approximately 114,056 square feet and includes private offices, open-area workstations, treatment rooms, telemedicine rooms, conference and group rooms, reception and lobby areas, storage, break rooms, nurse stations, and ancillary spaces across Adult Services, Children's Services, Medical Records, Medical Services, Urgent Care, Multi-Purpose, and Staff areas. The proposal must address detailed space plans and pricing, a one-year cost-reimbursement budget with separate material and labor costs, installation scheduling, staffing, warranties, similar projects, licenses and certifications, contractor registration, references, and required certifications and disclosures. Furniture must meet ADA, ergonomic, electrical/data-readiness, durability, and warranty requirements; installation work is subject to California prevailing-wage requirements. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the designated bid page, with the budget template submitted in Excel and the proposal submitted in PDF format.
