Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting catalog-based contracts for office furniture. Vendors must submit catalogs or online catalog URLs and applicable percentage discounts from list prices; catalogs or price lists are required for consideration. The resulting contract is intended to serve participating members and permits individual purchases through member purchase orders. Vendors are responsible for product availability, delivery, packaging, warranties, and compliance with the cooperative’s terms and conditions. The response requires completion and upload of several certifications and forms, including the Edgar Vendor Certification, Goodbuy Regional Map, Form W-9, Form 1295 documentation, DEI Policy, and construction-related advisory acknowledgment, as applicable. A $50 nonrefundable administrative fee is required, and awarded vendors must remit a 2% participation fee on member sales. The contract period is March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal.
