Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Mozambique is requesting quotations from eligible local companies to supply and install office furniture for the UNDP Mozambique TRANSFORM Project. The requirement includes a four-person workstation with glass dividers and drawer units, tall metal filing cabinets with glass and metal doors, metal-frame desks with drawer units, adjustable executive fabric chairs, and four-person and twelve-person meeting tables. The furniture must be delivered under DDP terms to UNDP Mozambique at CON 931 Kenneth Kaunda, Maputo, Mozambique. The solicitation requires technical compliance documentation, photographs and specifications, company registration documents, evidence of at least three years of relevant experience, satisfactory-performance certificates from the top two similar clients by contract value, and signed mandatory quotation forms. The quotation must remain valid for 90 days, and all attachments must be submitted in PDF format through the supplier portal.
