Description
Edmonton Public Schools is seeking up to four qualified and experienced authorized resellers to supply, deliver, assemble, install, and support durable commercial-grade flex-space and office furniture for K–12 environments on an as-and-when-requested basis. The scope includes soft seating, library shelving, conference and bistro tables, stackable and office seating, reception and administrative workstations, sit-to-stand desks, storage, credenzas, and related furniture. Suppliers must provide catalog products and pricing, equivalent substitutions when approved, manufacturer information, warranties, lead times, installation, spatial-planning expertise, and associated services. Minimum order quantities do not apply, and the Division does not guarantee any purchase volume. Proposals must address two demonstration projects: a Learning Commons redesign at Donald R. Getty School and a General Office redesign at M.E. Lazerte High School. Each project proposal must include methodology, design and execution plans, renderings, detailed ordering and installation schedules, a breakdown of proposed goods and pricing, and compliance with the stated functional requirements. The initial Learning Commons evaluation budget is approximately $30,000, with phased implementation potentially extending across three budget years. Suppliers must also submit a company profile, product catalog, pricing bid table, supporting documents, and two relevant long-term client references with contact details.
