Description
The City of Edwardsville is requesting proposals for a comprehensive furniture package for its new Municipal Center at 690 S. 4th Street. The facility will house the Edwardsville Police Department, City Hall, Municipal Court, and Library. The scope includes specified chairs, tables, lounge furniture, workstations, storage cabinets, waste and recycling receptacles, whiteboards, furniture panels, and a lectern, along with dealer-selected products where indicated. The successful dealer will be responsible for procurement, delivery, freight, warehouse storage until installation, unpacking, inspection, staging, installation, cleaning, punch-list corrections, maintenance documentation, and an in-person demonstration for selected furniture. Proposals must include pricing, product specifications, warranties, labor warranty information, manufacturer brochures, dimensioned plan drawings and 3D renderings for desking and workstations, vendor qualifications, library-furniture experience including a case study, an approach and schedule, a certificate of insurance, and the completed bid form. The library furniture portion will be developed with the selected bidder, the City, and a library consultant after selection; pricing is not required for that portion at this stage.
