Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is conducting a sources-sought market survey for contractors capable of supplying, delivering, and installing new commercial furniture for the Administrative and Honor Guard Buildings at Tahoma National Cemetery. The requirement includes desks and workstations, conference and break-room tables, office and guest seating, wardrobe cabinets, filing and storage cabinets, bookcases, acoustic panels, monitor arms, and related furniture accessories. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, handling, installation, cleanup, and disposal of replaced furniture and packaging. Furniture must be new, first-quality, free of defects, and provided in the specified quantities, dimensions, finishes, and colors. Installation must be performed by certified installers, coordinated with the cemetery, and completed within the stated delivery and installation timeframes. The response is for market research rather than a competitive proposal and should include company information, business-size classification, relevant contract information, capability to provide and install the listed items, market-research pricing, and past performance for similar requirements.
