Description
State Center Community College District is conducting the Request for Qualifications phase of a progressive design-build procurement for Ratcliffe Stadium renovation and field house replacement at Fresno City College. The selected Progressive Design-Build Entity will provide design, preconstruction, and construction services in two phases. Phase One will include design development, scope refinement, budget validation, open-book cost development, and negotiation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price or other commercial terms. Phase Two construction services will be authorized only through an amendment after satisfactory completion of Phase One and District acceptance of the proposed terms. If the District does not accept the proposed GMP, it may terminate for convenience, negotiate revised terms, or pursue an alternative delivery method; the entity would be compensated only for satisfactorily performed Phase One services. Only firms shortlisted through this RFQ will be invited to the subsequent RFP phase.
