Description
Sedgwick County is soliciting bids for a comprehensive furniture package for its COMCARE Community Crisis Center. The scope includes seating, tables, workstations, storage, planters, behavioral-health mattresses, bedframes, bedside tables, and related furniture, with specified quantities, manufacturers or approved equals, finishes, dimensions, and behavioral-health requirements such as weighted, tamper-resistant, anti-ligature, fluid-resistant, and bedbug-resistant construction. The successful bidder must provide and coordinate furniture installation with Sedgwick County, ICON Structures, and Helix Architecture + Design. The response must include any exclusions, a sample invoice, the completed and signed Bid Response Form, proof of insurance, and the completed Bid Form. A minimum twelve-month warranty applies to installed furniture beginning upon completion and acceptance.
